Our Accommodation

A warm and spacious home away from home.

Featuring incredible views of Thredbo Mountain, Tombarra is a bright and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which is just a short walk from all village facilities. With all the comforts of home and an open fireplace for those snowy winters nights, Tombarra is ideally suited to a large family or group of friends.

Tombarra 4B is a well equipped, cozy, comfortable accommodation in the heart of Thredbo village. An easy walk to the chairlifts, restaurants, the leisure centre and the shuttle stop. Perfect for families, it has everything you might need for a great stay in Thredbo!

Bedrooms:

Front : One queen bed or 2 x single beds.

Bunkroom: Double bunk: Double bed on bottom, king single on top

Back: One queen bed or 2 x single, TV with inbuilt DVD player, HDMI cable, jug, toaster & bar fridge.

All bedrooms include hanging space, bedside table(s) and reading lamps. Linen (sheets, doona covers, pillow cases and bath towels) is provided.

Bathrooms:

Front: Shower over bath, vanity, washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, with separate toilet in adjacent room.

Back: Shower & toilet in one room, separate to room with large mirror & vanity.

Handtowels and bathmats are provided in bathrooms.

Tombarra 4B Floor Plan

Our Services

Keypad Entry: Tombarra 4B uses a keypad for entry to the main door of the apartment. The code will be provided when you check-in at Thredbo Information Centre when you arrive. Entry to the building does not require a key.
FREE unlimited wi-fi: Telstra.
Open Fire Place: with wood provided in the wood store.
Full Kitchen: including oven, gas cooktop, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, slow cooker and rice cooker. The dining area next to the kitchen seats up to 8 people with great views of the mountain.
Living Room: TV, DVD player, Telstra TV, HDMI cable. A range of DVDs, books, and puzzles.
Balcony: with views of the mountain and Thredbo River with 3 director’s chairs.
BBQ: 4 burner BBQ.
Drying cupboard: heated – for ski boots, snow jackets & snow pants. The cupboard is in the entrance foyer of the apartment. Just turn on the heater switch and leave your things to dry and warm up overnight.
Ski/Bike locker: locked storage room for up to 3 mountain bikes in the summer months. In winter storage for snow equipment and extra firewood for the open fire. This room is located on the landing just below the main door to the apartment, and the key will be found inside the apartment.
Heaters: panel heater in each bedroom, gas heater & tower fan heater plus an open fireplace in the living area.
Fans: an oscillating fan in each bedroom & a high-velocity fan & tower fan in the living area (for summer)
Parking: Tombarra 4B doesn’t have a dedicated parking spot. However, parking may be available directly in front of the building (two angle spaces) or in front of the adjacent Tombarra building (up to 4 parallel spaces). These are free and can be used for your stay. If spaces are taken (more frequently in winter) you can unload by double parking close to the entry of 4B, and then moving to one of the free overnight parking areas provided by Thredbo, just off Friday drive, for the remainder of your stay.
MTB washing: Tombarra 4B doesn’t have bike washing facilities. MTB washing facilities are at the base of the main Kosciuszko Express chairlift.
Free Shuttle Bus Service: connecting to the village during the winter months providing quick and easy access from your accommodation to the slopes or ski school. In winter the free shuttle bus runs on Route 3 with the nearest stop being on Friday Drive near the petrol station.
